Collection: Eventually Collection
for my favorite shapeshifter:
a lover when one was in need of love,
a creator when one was in need of passion,
a goof when one was in need of a laugh,
an ear when one was in need of guidance,
an anchor when one was in need of grounding,
a muse when one was in need of an inspiration,
an angel when i am in need of hope
eventually, i’ll see you again,
and when that day comes i will know peace.
this collection is my attempt at reaching deep into where the pain and grief sits inside of me, listening to that part of me, slowing down and trying to make something beautiful from it. i have been challenging the bad coping mechanisms and replacing them with ones that will push me to reach heights that i know charles believed i could reach. he left the most meaningful lasting voice in my head that wants the best for me, and i will honor that voice as much as i can. i’m going to continue making those decisions that push me further into my expression, to my true fulfillment in this life time.
